	Join the "Walk a Mile for Rescue" !

Minnesota has a petite young girl Springer in need. PEANUT was surrendered to ESRA when her owners fell on hard times. After her spay surgery, she suffered a long list of complications and has a lot of medical expenses that need to be covered. Read all about her and let us know if you can help. You can also read about the other dogs in our Special Needs program to see why they need a little extra help — maybe from you.

Our ESRA Seniors are very special to us and ROOKIE is a prime example of why. Rookie was adopted from ESRA as a pup and lived ten happy years with a loving family who took great care of him. Unfortunately they had to move away and could not take Rookie so he's looking for another special home where he can share his golden years. (There's an added incentive to bring Rookie home if you are eligible for the Springers for Seniors program.)


	We have a special section called Extreme Makeovers that features some of the beautiful Springers who have blossomed under ESRA's care and who, after overcoming hardships, neglect and abuse, have gone on to happy Forever Homes. Read about these success stories and see how donations earmarked for "any Springer in ESRA's care" help to bring other lucky dogs to this featured section!
